Suppress printing and preview of Report pages

Greetings,
I have a report concerning adolescent patients, the patient may have 1 or 2
parents in the database. I have a report that requires only one of the
parents to show up.

All of the details are to show up on one page, as this is a cover page for a
file. No compromise on this.

I have determined how I can hide the section footer, header, and details for
a second page if the patient has more than one parent, but the page is blank.
I would like this blank page to not print or render in preview.

Anybody have any ideas how to accomplish this?

p.s. when I talk of parent, it's a 'mom and dad' kind of parent, not a
parent record. (just to add to the confusion, heh)

Problem resolved. I should give myself negative points for this. Solution
was to place everything in the report header.
