Suppress Disable/Enable Macro Pop-Up Window

Is it possible to have the Disable/Enable Macro Pop-Up Window default to
Enable and not appear?

Thanks for any help!

no. Only possible if you set the security level to 'Low' and I would
strongly recommend not doing this
