I have pre-installed XP, how do I access support tools?

Hi Marti,

If you're referring to the Administrative tools,
you can access most of them by right clicking
on My Computer, and selecting "manage".

If you are referring to things like dskprobe, you will need to browse your
XP disc and go to support tools (i think it is called) and install what you
need from there.
