Hi everyone,

I work in the IT support field as I'm sure many of you in this NG do
too. I'm always looking for handy tools / software packages , one offs
etc that other support people use in there day to day operations.

If anyone knows of a cool / and or neat utility id love to see it
posted. Im particularily interested in Workstation stuff, registry
checkers, file system checkers, etc, that kind of thing.

examples - Winternals SuperERD, SiSoft Sandra, Hirens UBCD, Adaware,
Spybot S+D, Active SMART, Cleanup!, VNC etc. Man this is harder than I
thought.

I guess what I should say is - what is the one utility you use that you
think everyone else should? Free or not? Particularily interested in
anything that helps make XP installations run as quick and smooth as
possible.
