How do reset the supervisor password for changing the content advisor section?
I am using Windows XP

Bingbang,
If you forgot your password and need to reset, here's how:

* Start > Run > type REGEDIT > OK
* go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Rating
* hi-lite the Ratings folder and on the right pane there should be a 'KEY'
along with 2 others 'File' & 'Default', right-click & delete only 'KEY'
* Close Regedit > Restart Computer
* Open IE's Internet Options > Content > click Disable
* when asked for a password, leave blank > OK

Good Luck,
Drew

No problem and you could have. Some posters do, without realizing that the
