Supervisor Password

I don't know how I did it, but somehow I now have a supervisor password
request on my computer. The problem...I didn't put it in. Now I am unable to
access the content, and that is something that I REALLY need to be able to
do. Can anyone help me figure this out?

If you system is a dell and the supervisor password you are refering to
appears before you even see windows start up you are seeing a bios password
that was set. The BIOS is a set of coded instructions that resides on a
chipset on your mainboard. If you don't know it the easiest way if you have a
dell is to call them they have a master for most of their models.

Is this a de3sktop or laptop? What is the model? When do you see the message?

No. i am able to sign on to my computer, it's when I went in to change the
security settings that I saw the Supervisor Password. Any ideas?
