sumproduct returning 0

Hi,

My sumproduct formula is returning 0, but there is data it should b
counting.

=SUMPRODUCT(($A$2:$A$590="WDD")*($D$2:$D$590="9704"))

Remove the quotes around "9704".

Try removing the quotation marks from the 9704...............as,

=SUMPRODUCT(($A$2:$A$590="WDD")*($D$2:$D$590=9704))
