Excel Sumproduct + Excel 2003

somehow, the problem is here again.. can u plz help me out..? i eneterd the formula (as mentioned) in the cell as an array, dragged it down and filled the series. but again its showing me the same values as the first one (ie all r same values, as per year 1993). what to do?
 
and to get the correct result , i have to select eacj cell, press F2 and then ctrl+shift+enter. any easy/direct way to do it?
 
It sounds like you have your calculation mode set to Manual. Go to Tools | Options, I forget the tab, but look for Calculation Mode and change it to Automatic. You can also press F9 to refresh formulas on the page.
