summing 3 worksheets on a total sheet

Have tried sheet1+sheet2+sheet3, sometimes my formulas get off. Here's what
i have:
prop # Total billed $ actual billed $
147 $166 $90
I have 24 properties on 3 spreadsheets. i need to sum all 3 property 147
total billed (actual also) on my Total sheet.
please help
