Summarry data to 1 worksheet

Hi

I have one workbook for each month. For e.g January 04.xls
This workbook individually contains sheets for each day of the month.
In all the individual sheets data starts from cell b5 and the last
column used is Q.Row B4 to Q4 contains headings. This is constant for
all individual sheets.
The no of rows vary from day to day.
The individual worksheets are named 010104,020104,030104 and so on

I want to sum only 2 columns in these woksheets and summarize them on
1 sheet in the same workbook say a worksheet named total in the
following format

Date epr(total) Pval(total)
1-jan-04 1000(from sheet010104)
2-jan-04


One way of doing this is manually linking each total but this time
consuming and cumbersome.
can it be done programmatically so that it can be updated daily

Yes. What columns have the Epr and Pval? Are there any entries on any
of the daily sheets below the last entry (to be summarized) in either of
those two columns? Answer these questions and I'll work up something for
you. If you wish, you can send me a small file with a sample of your data
so that I can see your data layout. Remove "cobia97" from my email address.
