Sumifs formula in Excel 2007

Hi,

In Excel 2007, under the sumifs formula, how can I set up a condition
rfeerencing a cell.
Example: ">A1".
The sumifs formula does not seem to take the reference to a cell.

Tried this myself using the Function Wizard and noticed that it does NOT work
when I type =">"&A1 in the Criteria box. I tried typing ">"&A1 and this time
it worked.
