SUMIF Help

If in Range B:B 'Bobby Labonte' is found I would like the cell I choose to put
this in to result the value of the cell to the left.

Ex:
In B10 is 'Bobby Labonte'
In A10 is '3'
In G1 I would like it to show '3' which is what it grabbed from A10

SUMIF may not be the correct or best formula to use tho.
