Sumif cells of a certain format

How do I install the module mentioned in the site. Its a great site - thanks!
 
hi
install them into standard modules. Copy and paste function to end function
open the VB editor( Alt+F11). in the project window(far left) click your
project(file). in the code window(far right) paste the functions. if the code
window is dark gray, you may have to on the menu bar>insert>module. code
window should be white.
save the file. custom formula should be ready to use.
