=sum problem

N

nip

Looking for ideas why my =sum is not working ... it is coming up a
penny short of the numbers in the range it is set for.
The spreadsheet is set up to have numbers in column b times by number
in colum c and then show calculation in column d
This part works fine but when you sum column d down it drops a penny.
It should be a round number like $75.00 but instead it gives me $69.99
All totals in column d are to the dollar with no cents.
There is however a selection for column b that is a decimal such as .
6666. Could this be the culprit and if so how can it be corrected?
I have to have the .6666 or .3333 etc. numbers to give me the
calculation for the $ amount required in column d of the base amount
in column C.... i.e. .2222 of $45 gives $10. which is what is the
correct amount.
