Sum on report

I am having the problem with the combine 2 fields in one. I appreciate for
your help
my sample
Cases total hours
aaa 1
bbb 1
bbb 1
ccc 1
aaa 1
how can I combine aaa =2, and bbb=2 on my report.

Use a "Totals" query to sum, GroupBy (?casenumber).
