Suggestions for booking products in & out please

Hi I would like a form in my database where the user can book In/Out
products. Should I use a multi-choice list box or check boxes?
For each Type there are many products, so when a user selects a Type the
user can then select the products they need to go with that Type. There can
be up to 22 Products for each Type.
