Suggest Win 2003 NIC?

I tried to upgrade to Windows 2003 but the NIC is not compatible.
I have tried searching for a Windows 2003 compatible NIC but no go.
This is crazy and in years of working on Windows products I have never seen this.
Can someone please suggest a Windows 2003 compatible NIC so I can upgrade this server?
