Hi everyone. I have this problem, while working my computer suddenly
shutdown without any warning, just like when I unplug the power. First
I think power problem on casing power supply (I'm using ups). Then, I
remove the power supply and change it with the new one. But after a few
days it occurs again, and the time interval is randomize. I'm
suspecting motherboard problem or virus problem. Could someone give me
clue or suggestion on my problem? Thanks in advance.

sounds like ups is running on battery and it get exhausted and shuts down,
are you sure your setting the ups correctly?

Check that all of your fans are working, it could be an overheating problem.
Run a memory test on your RAM.

An overheating CPU would be a primary cause for this type of
action. Open the computer and clean out all of the dust and
lint that might be clogging the CPU fan and the radiator fins
of the heat sink. Also check for good ventilation through the
computer case, esp. that the remaining fans can run freely,
and that ventilation holes are not clogged.

I have checked my fan, from processor to fan casing and fan power. The
entire fan work well, I checked the cpu, from my view it clean, but I
will clean it again. If it still have the some problem, what should I
do?

I just run my computer again after i clean the cpu, and it still have

And beware running the computer with the case open; it can allow
the cpu to overheat if the "chimney" spaces ae disrupted.

are there any kinds of noises that occur before shutdown, like siren? or beeps
if the cpu is overheating the bios should sould an alarm by using beeps or
some other method.
do you have ANY scheduled events taking place? like shutdown if idle for X
minutes?

Thank you for all your attention. I have solved my problem. My problem
is over heat, because my processor fan is broken. I said before that i
have check my fan, and it true, but just for a second, the fan
ussually up to 3 minute, after that it stop.
