suddenly can't access server

For some reason, outlook has started to act funny. I am getting a variety of
server unavailable messages (i.e. couldn't connect or timed out). It was
working fine until a couple of days ago. I have checked my firewall and
outlook has full access. I am accessing through hotmail and should still be
allowed to do so although they've changed rules for new accounts. Outlook is
also becoming unresponsive, i've done the repair to no avail. I can neither
send nor receive.

Please help!!!!!!
 
Complaints about Hotmail are numerous on the Web this week. They are having
outage problems. Try again later or go to MSN Help site.
