I have WindowsXP installed on my notebook. When I use
Word2002 I started to get a message:
The system should be reloaded, shutting down is initiated
by NT AUTHORITY/SYSTEM because of unexpected interruption
by Remote Procedure Call (RPC).
After that, the computer starts reloading automatically.
What should I do?

Hi,

To stop the reboots: Go to Start/Run and type in: services.msc. Scroll down
to Remote Procedure Call (RPC)/Recovery/First Failure/Restart the Service.

Then close Windows Explorer, run the edit on line 257 then run the patch
listed below it: http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
