Subweb Access Problem

I have set up a subweb requiring unique permission to access. Even though
they specify the correct username and password, some users can not access the
subweb. They receive the message "You are not authorized to view this page."
However, all acounts work just fine when accessed from my PC. Why? Can a
proxy server be causing this to happen? Whats the solution?

Are these users all on Windows and using IE as their browser?

Yes, the users are all on Windows but I am not sure about the browser yet (I
have asked but have not as yet received a response).

The host may have to set the authentication method to basic.

You will need to post to the Windows Server or IIS newsgroup for help with doing that.
