How do you Subtract a total from a balance?


A7 $100
A8 $200
A9 $200
___
A10 $500 total from a runnung balance say $1200.The $1200 balance is from
another sheet =SUM('Church Income'!F5:I5)
HELP I am new at this!!!!!
 
Hi Pastor Alexander

in the cell where you want the difference to be displayed type:

=SUM('Church Income'!F5:I5)-A10
(if it's on this sheet, if not include the sheet name and a ! in front of
the A10)
