can someone please tell me how to subtract in excel! i can find everythng
else.. sorry im a complete lamo lol

A formula like:

=10-5

or using cell refs:

=A1-B1

to subtract the value in B1 from the value in A1.

Hi Daizee,

Just give as follows:

A B C
5 2 =a1-b1

where A1 and B1 indicates, A and B as column name and 1 indicated row number.
