Subtracting a value from previous line

Does anyone know how I can subtract a value from the same
field in two records in a row. I want to do it for a
dynaset query on a table. The field 'Delta' is the
calculated field I want to produce. For example,

Date Time Count Delta
11/11/2003 1400 1000
11/11/2003 1500 1025 25
11/11/2003 1600 1055 30
11/11/2003 1600 1083 28
....

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Create two recordsets but start have one recordset start ahead of the other.
The one that starts off first is the main loop. When it reaches EOF, then
stop
