Subtotals

I have a large spreadsheet that has about 250 columns
across that I need to subtotal down for each column. Is
there a way in the subtotal feature to just check all the
column boxes and then uncheck the couple I don't want
done? It gets incredibly tedious to have to individually
check all 250 boxes and then do it all over again if I
have to rearrange anything. Help!
 
I dint get your question. But may be this is what you want
to do? Want to have total of all your coloumns
individually MINUS the ones you dont want to subtotal?
 
That's right. My problem is that I have about 250 columns
I want subtotalled and in the subtotal setup box it
requires that I individually check 250 boxes. I want to
know if there's a way to just get it to check all the
boxes at once.
