I have a subtotal of each product that was the #1, #2,#3, etc... selling
product in each category. I want a summary at the end of the report of which
product has the most #1,#2,#3 etc.

Access reports have a =Max([***]) function - but can you explain in more
details what you are trying to do and what results you expect to get

Thanks for helping. Here is a better example. I have multiple Artists that
have mutlipe hits songs.Think of is as a Top 40 list. I group by each artist
and then by ranking of the their song. #1,#2,#3 etc...Each artist can have
multiple #1's throught out the year(s). I want to subtotal for each artist by
how many #1's, #2's etc. I have the report giving me all the subtotals for
each artists already. I want a summary at the end of the report to tell me
which artists had the most #1's, #2's etc..Hpe this explains it better.

cheers
