Substituting one word for another throughout a document automatica

I am writing a novel. I want to start by using a particular name for a
character, but by the end of the book I may want to change the name to
another, e.g. change "Peter" to "Frank".

Is there a way I can change the first occurrence of the name and get Word to
automatically change all occurrences of "Peter" to "Frank" without having to
go through it all myself?
