subreport to span 2nd, 3rd page..

I'm trying to set-up report with subreport, where subreport can span onto 2nd
page keeping the headers of the main report. Teh Sub is placed in Detail of
Main. Also have a footer on the Main report.
When subform grows, it pushes out/removes footer from Main report. If set
Detail on Main (or on Subform) to "Not Grow", then seem to loose the subform
data which does not fit in allotted space.

Would like to set so Main header and footers print on each page, and
subreport can span multiple pages.

Thanks!

Report Headers and Report Footers print once at the beginning and end of the
report, respectively. Page Headers and Footers print once on each page.
Group Headers and Footers print at the beginning and end of each group.

You need to be more specific than "Main Header" or "Main Footer."

Page headers/footers should do what you want... print on each page,
regardless of how many pages the Subreports occupy. I tested with a
Subreport including _all_ the OrderDetail records of the Northwind Traders
sample database, over 7000 pages, and the parent Report's Page Footer
printed on each page.

(No, I didn't actually print it to hard copy, just preview.)
