Subreport Records

I built a report to display data based on a date range. I was asked to add
additional data to the report, which I've completed by using a subreport.
Both are based on a two, individual queries.

The issue I am having is that the subreport is only displaying 1 record
rather than all of them. If I run the subreport by itself, all of the
records are displayed. I have inserted the subreport in the Report Footer as
I want the details to be displayed at the end of the report.

I'm not sure what additional info may be needed but let me know if what I've
provided is not enough. I did check the Master/Child fields and these are
correct. Any and all help is appreciated.

If the subreport is in the Report Footer, I would be surprised if you needed
any values in the Link Master/Child properties. What happens if you remove
them?

I am having the exact same problem. The database was created in '97
originally - then used in 2000. Now that we are using 2003, the report
won't print the subform data on any pages after page ONE.

Please let me know if you find a solution to this.

Did you really use a subform on a report? Consider using a subreport rather
than a subform. I believe Allen Browne replied to a more recent thread on a
similar issue.
