SubReport Records not showing.

I have a form with a subform in it. They are linked. Right now I am testing
it and only 11 records show (max allowed on subform due to design) on the
first page and the 12th record does not show. What I need to have happen is
when the subform is filled up with records that it will put the rest of the
records into a second page with the Main Reports info. Can anyone help
please. Thanks.
 
Do you have Navigation buttons in your subform? if not, try to set the
property of the form to Yes for the following.
"Naigation button " - Yes
"Scroll bars" - both
"Record selector" yes.
 
OOPS! When I said forms and subforms I meant Report and Subreports.
I do not want navigation buttons or such because they need to be able to
print out the records instead of viewing them on the computer screen.
