SubReport Page Header & Formatting

I am use Access 2003 and I have successfully linked a
subreport to a report, but it will only display the
details from the subreport. Is there a way to also display
the page header from the subreport?

Also, after my report opens it flashes "Formatting page,
press CTRL+Break to stop..." every second or so for about
a 1/10th of a second. Any idea what is causing this?

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

As you found, the page headers in a subreport don't appear on the report.
Kinda makes sense: you don't really want a page header in the middle of a
page (where the subreport is likely to begin).

Create a Group Header in the subreport instead.
Set the section's Repeat Section to Yes.
The group header repeats at the top of each page.
