SubReport help

I get this error message when I try to view a report with a subreport in it,
I don't know what I am doing wrong. Help.
"You must define a sort field or expression for the group header or footer
in the report you tried to preview or print.

Open the report in design view and open the Sorting and Grouping dialogue
from the View menu. Check whether the Field/Expression setting for a group
is blank. If so then select whichever field you want the report grouped by
from the drop down list. If you don't in fact want the report grouped then
select the whole row by clicking on the selector to the left and delete the
row. You'll be prompted to confirm the deletion of the group level and any
header/footer associated with it.

If the error is not in the parent report it could be in the subreport's
report object.
