Subreport conversion from 97 to 2002

Hello all
I have an Access 97 database with reports that have a subreport. On
converting the database to Access2002 I find that the subreport appears as a
horizontal scroll bar in design mode but works as expected when run (i.e.
it displays as a subreport).

Another weird thing is that in design mode I can't delete the horizontal
scroll bar/subreport. The Delete button is disabled and the delete button
doesn't work.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any solutions?

I feel kinda dumb about this... The subreport in question is very narrow so
when it was displayed in Access2002 in design mode only the horizontal
scroll bar of the bottom boarder was visible. Widening it shows the rest of
the report.
