Is their a way to attach a file to a form that then gets
submitted to an email address? Example: Fill out a form
that deals with submitting papers for inclusion into a
magazine. In order to do this you would need to attach a
paper, like you would in an email, to the form. Is it
possible? This would expediate a slower process if
