submit buttons won't work

I created a work website: angelusshop.net and the order from URL is
http://www.angelusshop.net/_vti_bin/shtml.dll/orderform.html

But whenever I press submit, a new page comes up saying:
Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page:
"http://www.angelusshop.net/orderform.html"

I set the email address under the "Send to" option in frontpage, but it does
not seem to want to work. My server does have Front Page Extensions.

This may or may not be causing your problems but if so
this should fix it:

In order for Front Pages forms to work, they must be
hosted on a server that supports the Front Page
Extensions and the account has email transport enabled.
They also have to be tested on the hosted site ... not by
previewing on your PC.

You must also publish your site using the "http" method
(see Front Page help). If you use FTP to publish your
site, it will "break" the Extensions and the form will
cease to function. If the Front Page Extensions are
broken, they will have to be reset by you (from the
host's control panel, if they provide this feature) or by
the host.
