These can be pretty hysterical in the right circumstances. Create a
text object. With the text object selected, click on the Animation
Effects button on the tool bar (the one that looks like a yellow star),
and then click on the "flash once" button. Go to slide show and see the
message quickly flash and then disappear.

It's too bad that you feel the need to plagarize someone else's work and not
mention that the original author of this time is Bit Better. See
http://www.bitbetter.com/powertips.htm#SubliminalMessages. There are many
instances of this on your website and it is disappointing that you would try to
flaunt them in this newsgroup in an attempt to make yourself look good.

I just collect some useful PowerPoint tips or FAQ, Templates from
Internet trying to help my customers or other PowerPoint users,so they
don't have to spend their time to look around for the information their
needed, and people thank me for that if you can see. And I fail to
understand why you came all the way ranting on and on, interpreting my
good will in such a bad way. I'm not acting like a professional like
someone eles, if people asked me where the resource is from,I'll tell
them as I put them on my website. Please don't be so picky, be nice.

<rant?>

From the Random House unabridged dictionary:

plagairism = the unauthorized use or close imitation of the language and
thoughts of another author and the representation of them as one's own original
work.

Collect? No, I think the word we'd use in English is "steal" or "plagiarize".

Let me ask how you'd feel if someone stole your company's software and
distributed it to others w/o mentioning that it belongs to you?

This is the same thing.

If you want to help people find useful tips, write your own or LINK to those
that other people have written. That's perfectly acceptable. That's the way
the web works.

But don't just steal it.

Here we have a saying: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

If you want people to treat you nicely, treat people nicely yourself.
Don't steal from them.

No, you've copied and pasted others' work and passed it off as your own.

If your goal is for users to not have to spend time looking for information,
then link to the source of the original information, don't paste it on your
own site. That's so unethical.

If you don't tell them where the information is from, users will assume it's
from you. And it's not -- you just plagiarized it. That has nothing to do
with being picky.

And I fail to understand how you can think Sonia's original post was a rant.
Please don't be so picky.
