Subject: need zoom function Outlook preview screen - pane selectio

I know that I should be able to zoom in the reading pane of MS Outlook 2003
by <cntl> <scroll>. I can't figure out what I don't have configured right
for this function to work. It does work in word. What am I missing?

This may not be helpful if you don't have the right type of mouse, but my
zoom feature works in Outlook if I hold the CTRL key and use the "roller"
located between the two mouse keys. Let me know if you don't have that type
of mouse, and I'll do some further research to see if I can come up with an
answer for you!

Hope this was helpful!

I checked it out and I've discovered that it works with most e-mails, but
some of the e-mails I receive just don't respond. For most of them it works
just fine so I'm just not sure what is happening with that.

It could have to do with the format in which the email was sent. Perhaps it
doesn't work with "Plain Text" emails? Or it might be that it doesn't work
with "HTML" emails. Don't have Outlook on my home computer, so can't test it
right now, but that would be my best guess.

FYI, per your suggestion, I tried it on an HTML and a plan text e-mail
message that I received and it worked on both. I also tried it on forwarded
messages and replies. It seems most likely not to function on 2nd and 3rd
string back and forth replies. Oh well, it's a great feature that works most
of the time. Thanks.
