Subject Line in other colors

On some occasions when I receive E-mail the subject line
shows up in another color besides black (a shaded gray to
be exact). My boss received some E-mails this week that
showed up in yellow making it very difficult to read who
the E-mails are from. Any suggestions on how I can stop
this?
 
Which version of outlook? Try the Organize pane (tools, organize) and adjust
the color settings or View, Current view menu and customize the automatic
formatting settings.
