can someone please help me?i have a form listing 118 members. i now want to
select some of those members to form a new list. i think i should use a
subform(continuos)and a combo box, but i do not know how to do this.i am a
beginner in access!many thanks dennis

Hi Dennis,

You can use a parameter form, similar to the idea presented in this
downloadable sample:

In this case, the parameter form drives either a query or a report. It would
be just as easy to open a new form, which was based on a parameter query as
shown in this example.
