Subform to show items assigned to specific report

Hi, I hope someone can help.
I am quite new to Access and have build a database for logging Incident
reports.
The database has a table with Incident Reports details and a Table with
Actions. I have a relationship between them.

I have produced a Form to log the Incident report and would like a subform
which will show all the actions assigned to that Report, but I have no idea
how to get the subform to only show the actions for that reports and not show
all actions.

Any advice

To create a subform, go into design mode for your main form and drag-and-drop
the subform or query or table into the body of the form. If you use a query
or table, Access will help you design the subform and ask you whether there
are any relationships between the fields in the main form and the subform.
Otherwise, the properties you're looking for are Link Child Fields and Link
Master Fields. Just set them both to the IncidentID, for example.
