Subform not working

I built a database for my department to record cost savings and I created a
form that has a sub form that when I select the employee’s name it should
populates his/her data; the problem is that the sub form is not populating
the data. Can anybody tell me what are I’m doing wrong?

What table and query are used for the recordsource for:
the main form
the subform

How are the tables from above related?
