subform-fields missing

I set up a subform in my main form and up until today when going into the
main form, the subform looked and worked fine. Now when I go into the main
form the first few fields in the subform are missing. Now when I go into the
subform directly the fields are listed. I don't understand how in the main
form view of the subform they are missing, but in the direct view of the
subform they are there.

Can anyone help me with this...I'm clueless.
