Subform Error

I am trying to duplicate an Access 95 database. Running into all sorts of errors. I have a form that calls reports based on a subform. (I have both database opened and I am simply trying to recreate everything). When I created the subform and put in the fields then it returns a #error. I read that perhaps I am missing a VB reference. How would I go about knowing which one I am missing. When I go to VB in Access 2007 and look at references, it doesn't show anything errored out. I don't see where I can check VB references in Access 95.
