Subform Crashing-Many to Many Relationship

HELP!

I have a subform which is showing all locations a particular company is
located at. I have a junction table set up because the relationship between
the companies and locations is a many to many relationship. This was working
fine including the subform. But now I need to add a new field to the
locations table and add this field to the subform. But every time I try to go
to the main form where the subform is located, Access crashes. It gives me a
"run time error 2001"

Any suggestions on what is wrong. Or please let me know if I am not
explaining this properly because it is getting very frustrating!
