I have created an “address†database in access 2003.
I want to create a subdatasheet under each name with same fields used in
“address†db , inputting children of that family member. Each time I do
“insertâ€, subdatasheetâ€, it is already populated with info from the “addressâ€
db.

In other words an outline format.
Brown, Bob 111 s. main Cleveland ohio 44444 693-5555 etc. etc.
1.Subdatasheet would include childen with fields same as above.

How do I do this and how do I select “childâ€, “masterâ€

Hi,
bear in min I am a novice.
I would creat a second table containing the children.
Make sure the primary key of the children is aloso present as data in
the parents.
The subform child would connect with this PK subfiel / primaryfield in
the subfomrs poperties.

select them with an unbound combobox
