Sub-Windows within a form definition ?

I want to create some secondary windows that are used within one Form. Do I
have to create these as additional Forms at the project level even though
they are only ever sub-windows of this one form ? It would be neater and
more organised in my view to be able to maintain related windows together
under one form definition, but I dont know if this is possible.

NB. I know I can create Form objects from scratch via code but I'd still
want the ability to be able to design these sub-windows within the visual
studio designer.
