Sub totals in an expense worksheet

Hi all,

I've asked this before and got some repsonses, but I still don't understand
what I need to do. So I have copied part of my spreadsheet and will use it
as a guide. I can sum up the Amount, Tax and Total columns with no trouble.
What I want to do is take the categories column and total each individual
category up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
