I need subtotal pagewise automatically & the subtotal amount brought forward
on the 1st row in the next page eg.

This is a database type of request. If you have Access or Crystal Report you
can do this very easily. If your printouts are of fixed length ranges you
could also do it in Excel, but that is usually not the case. Print Preview
the printout, then note the location of the page breaks and add the
appropriate formulas before and after the pagebreaks.
