dear community

Is there 2 different version of New Style dialog box in word 2003 ?

I used to encounter such scenario - while using a pc with XP operating
system when I activated the Styles and Formatting - the "New Style..."
command, I got the full New Style dialog box displayed at the Formatting
Section -
Font Type / Font Size / B / I / U / and the Font Color

but in another computer loaded with window 2000 OS, the New Style dialog box
displayed at the Formatting Section only have the -
Font Type / Font Size (but minus off the B / I / U / and Font Color) ?

at times, in another computer with similar OS - XP - I also encountered the
same scenario similar with the window 2000 OS?

is it because of the loading the Office Applications problem ?

can anyone please advice me on how to solve this problem ?

thanks

Yes, the New Style dialog box has changed with each version. In Word 97,
none of these settings was accessible except through the Format menu.
