Stupid processor question

Cueless

Can anyone tell me what kind of processor this actually is:
x86 family 15 model 4 stepping 1 genuineintel ~3000mhz

There are 2 entries for it in msinfo32 so does that make it dual-core.
Also does it make it 64 bit

I am really confused. Thanks for any help.

Probably a Intel P4, socket 478
There is a free program called PC wizard 2006. Do a google search for it,
it will let you know everything about your pc. It is a very good program and
it does not have any adware or etc attached to it. It is made by the some
people that make CockGen. You could also have a Pentium dual core, is this
a new machine?
